Embodiment

[0019] Embodiment: the remote testing method of the present invention mainly comprises: the realization of channel test remote control function and the remote feedback of test result, and specific content is as follows:

[0020] 1. Realize the remote control function of channel test: use the existing automatic measurement and control equipment in the substation to transform the existing high-frequency protection transceiver, and incorporate the channel test contact into the remote control circuit of the measurement and control device. Modify the background database of the substation automation system, and add channel remote control test points. At the same time, create a new channel remote control test button on the monitoring screen of the automation master station, and associate it with the corresponding remote control test point in the substation.

[0021] 2. Remote feedback of test results: Since the on-site test results are reflected in the form of instrument pointers, th...

Abstract

The invention provides a remote test system and method for a substation high frequency protection channel state. The system comprises an automation measurement and control system which has already existed in a substation and is connected with a remote operation and maintenance station, and an existing high frequency protection device transceiver which is connected with the automation measurement and control system and is capable of receiving a remote control instruction, wherein a remote control loop of the automation measurement and control system is integrated with channel test points of the high frequency protection device transceiver. The method comprises the following steps: 1) giving a remote control test instruction: work personnel in the remote operation and maintenance station utilize a master station monitor to give the remote control instruction for carrying out high frequency protection channel state test to the transceiver of a high frequency protection device through the automation monitoring and control system in the substation, and the transceiver of the high frequency protection device displays on-site test results on a test instrument in a instrument indicating manner; and 2) returning the test results and monitoring display: pictures of the test results are returned to the master station monitor of the remote operation and maintenance station through a message picture system and through a camera configured in front of the test instrument.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a remote testing system and method for the state of a substation high-frequency protection channel, and belongs to the technical field of testing and monitoring of power system equipment operation. Background technique [0002] The 220kV substations of the power system all adopt the unattended mode, and the high-frequency protection devices widely used in the 220kV power system, due to their early design period, although their transceivers are in good condition, they do not have the remote test function of the channel, often Operators need to drive to each substation for on-site testing. [0003] According to the relevant regulations made by the State Grid Corporation, in order to ensure the normal operation of the high-frequency protection channel of the substation, the operation of the high-frequency channel needs to be tested once a day, while the daily inspection of other equipment in the substation only needs to be carried...
