Abstract

The present invention provides a cooking method of heating cooking materials by using gaseous state heating mediums. The cooking method comprises the following steps: (1) the cooking materials are threw into a barrel-shaped pot body; (2) the pot body is controlled to rotate around a rotation axis at a first rotation speed greater than or equal to a critical rotation speed, so that the cooking materials are attached to the pot body and rotate with the pot body; and (3) the cooking materials are stir-fried. The gaseous state heating mediums are used to conduct a direct heating of the cooking materials. A sealing device is arranged at the pot mouth position of the pot body and can prevent airflow from leaking from the inside of the pot body to outside, so that the amount of the airflow entering into the inside of the pot body is larger than the amount of the airflow overflowing the inside of the pot body in a certain period of time, and thus the pressure within the pot body is larger than the pressure of the external environment.
