The nano antibacterial pipe is made by adopting the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of nano titanium dioxide antibacterial agent, 92-95 parts of polypropylene random copolymer, 2.5-3.5 parts of toner, 2-3 parts of antioxidant and 2-3 parts of silane coupling agent; and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (A) performing surface treatment on the nano titanium dioxide antibacterial agent by the silane coupling agent, putting the nano titanium dioxide antibacterial agent together with the polypropylene random copolymer, the toner and the antioxidant into an efficient stirrer and stirring, and granulating with a twin-screw extruder; and (B) performing melting and extrusion moulding on the prepared granules by a single-screw extruder, and cooling and setting to obtain the nano antibacterial pipe.
