The content of the residual chlorine in the product water is obtained by a residual chlorine analyzer, and is transferred to an upper computer through a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), the upper computer computes to obtain a controlled quantity, and the chlorine dosing process is realized by controlling a chlorinator through the PLC. The control method adopts a control method of combining a feedforward controller consisting of a disturbance observer with a feedback controller consisting of a conventional PID (Packet Identifier), and chlorine dosage of the chlorinator at the next moment is determined by output of the disturbance observer and the output of a PID controller together.
