Abstract

The invention discloses a soil aggregate analysis method and belongs to the fields of farmland soil fertility improvement and soil organic carbon cycle. The method comprises the steps that a soil sample is acquired firstly; then, soil aggregate screening preprocessing is conducted on the soil sample, and low temperature freezing and slicing are conducted on the screened and preprocessed soil aggregate by using a water embedding method; then the sliced sample is put on a low emissivity glass (LOW-E) lens; finally, a synchrotron radiation infrared microimaging technology is adopted to analyze the frozen and sliced sample in the previous step. The method can accurately and efficiently study a soil aggregate stabilizing mechanism. In addition, when the method studies the soil aggregate stabilizing mechanism, the method has the advantages of being high in scanning speed (<3h), good in reproducibility and capable of exploring soil minerals and organic matter in situ and the like.
