Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recognizing plate materials through DM two-dimensional codes and carrying out automatic retrieval by utilizing macro programs. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, generating a COM assembly which can be called by SolidWorks through an existing DM two-dimensional code transcoding library file; 2, converting a code of a sheet metal part to a 0-1 matrix; 3, drawing a DM two-dimensional code in the SolidWorks and outputting a DXF file for laser cutting according to the obtained matrix; 4, marking a plate material through the DM two-dimensional code in the laser blanking process; 5, traversing all the sheet metal part drawings / assembly drawings in a general list of sheet metal part drawings / assembly drawings so as to form a code-part name mapping table or a code-assembly name mapping table; and 6, scanning the DM two-dimensional code on the surface of the plate material, searching a corresponding sheet metal part drawing / assembly drawing through a macro program, and finally opening the sheet metal part drawing / assembly drawing in a top view manner.
