The system comprises a motor-pumped well and a submersible pump disposed in the motor-pumped well, a water collection tank disposed on the ground surface, a greenhouse frame body, and a transparent greenhouse ceiling disposed on the greenhouse frame body, wherein a water delivery end of the submersible pump communicates with the water collection tank via a pipeline of the motor-pumped well; the transparent greenhouse ceiling is wave-shaped, and the overall transparent greenhouse ceiling forms a certain inclining angle relative to the horizontal direction; rainwater collection pipes are disposed at low-laying parts of the wave shape of the greenhouse ceiling, and water outlet ends of the rainwater collection pipes communicate with the water collection tank; and a solar photovoltaic panel is installed on raised parts of the wave shape of the greenhouse ceiling via a support.
