Abstract

The micro-channel flat pipe is formed from a composite plate by means of a plurality of times of bending formation by using the roll-bending brazing process; a plurality of micro-channels extending linearly along the longitudinal direction are arranged in sequence on the micro-channel flat pipe and in the width direction of the micro-channel flat pipe. The composite plate is an aluminum alloy cascaded layer which is a composite structure comprising three layers or more than three layers, wherein the aluminum alloy cascaded layer sequentially comprises a brazing material layer, an anticorrosive layer and a base layer. According to the novel micro-channel flat pipe provided by the invention, the hole type of the micro-channels is improved and is transformed from a Chinese character Ji-shaped hole into a wave-shaped hole; after the hole type is transformed into the wave-shaped hole, a micro-channel flat pipe with 14 to 22 holes can be obtained under the same outline dimension.
