The invention discloses a tunnel advance geology forecast method based on blast hole drilling information. The method comprises the following steps of A, establishing a standard database [Ki] of drillability indexes before the implementation of forecast; and B, implementing advance geology forecast by the following specific steps of: (1) numbering advance blast holes on a tunnel face; (2) recording acquired drilling rate v, drilling pressure p, drilling rod rotating speed w, rock slag, return water amount and return water color one by one; (3) calculating the drillability index K of each group of parameters according to a drillability index formula (7); (4) comparing the calculated drillability index k with [Ki], if K belongs to (min[Ki], max[Ki]), the basic surrounding rock grade of a drilling segment is grade i; (5) comprehensively judging the surrounding rock grade in combination with rock slag ingredients, water return condition and the surrounding rock condition of the tunnel face according to a table 2; (6) comparing and verifying in combination with a forecasted surrounding rock grade and a practical surrounding rock grade determined after tunnel excavation; and (7) expanding corrected data into [Ki]. The method is convenient to operate, is low in cost, is accurate and efficient, and can be used for performing real-time advance geology forecast.

A cultivator for aerating a ground surface. The cultivator has a support frame moveable relative to the ground surface and a follower first pivotally connected to the support frame by a first pair of spaced link arms. The link arms have two pairs of equidistantly spaced pivot points for linear movement of the follower in a first direction away from the support frame. A tool support member is pivotally connected to the follower by a second pair of spaced link arms. The second link arms have two pairs of equidistantly spaced pivot points for linear movement of a cultivating tool in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. A driver effects cyclic movement of the tool support member in the second direction and movement of the follower in the first direction. A bias element provides resilient damping of the movement of the follower along the first direction away from the support frame, wherein the resilient damping is provided at an extremity of movement of the follower outward from the support frame along the first direction, to urge the follower in the direction of inward movement toward the support frame. A dampening element provides resilient damping of the movement of the follower along the first direction toward the support frame, the resilient damping provided at an extremity of movement of the follower inward toward the support frame in the first direction to progressively arrest movement of the follower in the direction of inward movement toward the support frame.

The invention provides a manufacturing method of porous tasty bean curd based on microwave pretreatment, comprising the following steps: (1) washing fresh soybeans and draining, adding distilled waterwhich is 6 times the weight of the soybeans, carrying out microwave treatment at the power of 200 W in a microwave oven for 3 min, taking the materials out of the microwave oven and cooling to room temperature to obtain pretreated soybeans; (2) immersing the pretreated soybeans in water until there is a planar concave in the center of the bean cotyledon, and taking out to obtain waterishlogged soybeans; (3) adding water to the waterishlogged soybeans and jordaning to obtain uncooked soya-bean milk, boiling the uncooked soya-bean milk for 1-3 min to obtain cooked soya-bean milk, immediately adding water and cooling to 63-67 DEG C within 10-15 seconds so as to obtain a serous fluid; (4) adding a coagulating agent into the serous fluid, carrying out thermal insulation for 10 min, and takingout to obtain bean curd pulp, and discharging water from the bean curd pulp through a flip self-pressing mode to obtain a semi-finished product; and (5) adding the semi-finished product into boiled cooking liquor and waiting for 3-5 min to obtain the porous tasty bean curd. The prepared bean curd has uniform aperture, good local flavor, and excellent yield and elasticity.
