According to the invention, the program control definition method herein includes command strings and also command numbers, such that there is no need for arranging order in sequence and can be only identified by the command number in the file, which facilitates the implementation of the instrument software program control system and also the adding and deletion of follow-up program control commands. According to the invention, the system software program control is invoked by virtue of command strings, which is very easy for a user to program. The internal mechanism allows conversion from command strings to command numbers, so that the instrument software obviates the need to analyze complex command strings and perform searching and greatly increase execution efficiency of the program control.
