Abstract

The invention discloses a pivot armature type high-voltage direct-current relay comprising a contact group assembly, a pivot armature assembly, an electromagnetic drive assembly and a shell part. The contact group assembly consists of four parts: a normally-opened contact, a normally-closed contact, a COM terminal and a movable contact piece; the movable contact piece is fixed on a transmission rod by a clamp ring; and one end of the movable contact piece is limited in a clamp groove of the COM terminal and the other end is arranged between the normally-opened contact and the normally-closed contact. The movable contact piece is driven by the pivot armature assembly to oscillate between an NO contact and an NC contact; the pivot armature oscillates inwardly under the electromagnetic force and oscillates outwardly under the counter force of the spring. According to the invention, the contacts are made of tungsten-molybdenum alloy materials, so that the anti-welding performance is excellent; a sealed chamber is vacuumized, so that the compression and insulation performances are good; and the transmission mechanism has a displacement amplification function and the breaking speed is fast. The high-voltage direct-current relay has the high mechanical reliability and can adapt to various contact structures. With a displacement amplification mechanism, the breaking speed increases, so that large voltage switching can be realized well; and on the basis of the winding design, easy replacement outside the sealed chamber is realized.
