Abstract

The invention discloses a method for flotation separation and recovery of graphite and silicon from waste graphite modules in a silicon crystal production process. The method comprises the steps of pulp mixing, inhibition and stirring, primary rough flotation, secondary rough flotation, ore grinding and primary finish flotation, and specifically comprises the following process: particles generated in the graphite module crushing process are poured in a pulp mixing tank; water is added for continuous and uniform stirring under normal temperature and normal pressure; inhibitor water glass, collecting agent diesel and foaming agent 2# oil are added in sequence for uniform stirring; and then, pulp is put in a flotation tank. Under the condition of natural pH value, the primary rough flotation is performed for the pulp to keep the natural pH value of the pulp; water glass, diesel and 2# oil are added in sequence during stirring; the secondary rough flotation is performed for a base flow in the primary rough flotation; the base flow is a silicon product; foam products in the primary rough flotation and the secondary rough flotation are merged for ore grinding; and an ore grinding product is added in the water glass for the primary finish flotation to obtain the graphite. The method realizes high-efficiency separation and recovery of silicon and carbons.
