Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of organic matter-modified glass fiber. The method comprises the steps of (1) putting glass fiber into hydrogen peroxide, and heating for carrying out oxidation treatment; (2) soaking the glass fiber, subjected to the oxidation treatment, into a titanate coupling agent to obtain pretreated glass fiber; (3) mixing the pretreated glass fiber with epoxy resin, and heating to obtain the organic matter-modified glass fiber, wherein the length of the glass fiber is 85-100mu m, and the volume concentration of the titanate coupling agent is 5-15%. The organic matter-modified glass fiber prepared by the method is high in toughness and great in elongation, and can reach the effect of resisting wear.
