Abstract

The invention discloses an angle displacement measurement system adopting a twin-line array image detector, the system mainly comprises a main shaft, a light source, a pair of optical lens, a grating code disc, the twin-line array image detector, a data acquisition circuit and a decoding and angle fine division circuit, when the system is working, the main shaft drives the grating code disc to rotate, the light source emits a collimated light source to penetrate the grating code disc and map to a linear image detector through the pair of optical lens to image, the data acquisition circuit acquires data of one linear image detector and transmits to the decoding and angle fine division circuit to process, initial angle data is obtained, data of another linear image detector arranged on diametrical position is acquired to realize error compensation calculation for the initial angle data, and measured angle information is outputted. According to the invention, the linear image detector is adopted to realize the identification of grating code disc rotating angle displacement, the twin-line array image detector is adopted to realize error correction, and the angle measurement precision is greatly improved when the angle displacement measurement is realized by using a small-size grating code disc.
