The PP composite material is prepared from 45-70 parts of polypropylene, 20-30 parts of continuous long glass fibers, 5-20 parts of melamine cyanurate, 5-20 parts of resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate), 3-10 parts of a compatilizer, 0.4-2.2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.5-3 parts of a lubricating agent, 5-10 parts of white oil, 2-5 parts of cobalt 2-ethylhexanoate and 0.3-0.5 part of a copper ion inhibitor. According to the PP composite material, a novel compound halogen-free flame retardant is adopted, the flame retarding efficiency is very high, and the mechanical properties of the material cannot be reduced due to addition of the flame retardant. The PP composite has both the high surface hardness and the high mechanical properties, and the flame retardance of the material is good and reaches a V0 level. The polypropylene composite material can replace traditional materials such as flame-retardant PA, flame-retardant ABS and flame-retardant PBT, has the higher durability and adaptability and has a good application prospect.
