Abstract

The invention discloses a predictive maintenance decision method based on a lifting equipment work state and a system thereof. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring historical operation data of lifting equipment; according to fault tree expert knowledge and the historical operation data, establishing a Bayesian network prediction model so as to predict a latent fault and a potential safety hazard; acquiring a current operation state of the lifting equipment, and according to the current operation state and the Bayesian network prediction model, realizing crane integral body reliability prediction and rapid positioning of a latent fault reason; taking a crane integral body fault probability and a latent fault reason probability as weights, establishing a prediction maintenance decision model of latent operation efficiency and acquiring lifting equipment latent operation efficiency, latent maintenance cost and latent production losses; and according to a prediction result, acquiring a decision suggestion. By using the method of the invention, monitoring management of lifting equipment during a production process can be effectively reinforced, predicted maintenance is provided, a maintenance decision level and equipment operation efficiency are increased, and a potential safety hazard and national economic losses are reduced.
