Abstract

The composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-40% of diester, 40-60% of polyol ester, 10-20% of Pluronic polyol ester and 5-10% of polyester. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the ester composition and application of the ester composition. The ester composition is used as base oil for engine oil, transmission case oil and gear oil. The ester composition and the base oil have favorable compatibility; and after the ester composition is used, the thermal oxidation stability and the abrasion resistance in lubricating property of the product are obviously enhanced, and the evaporation loss of the product is also greatly reduced.
