The invention provides a driving heat source total-heat indirect-recycling type multistage evaporation concentration device and solves the problem about efficient recycling of waste heat after existing boiler steam is used for concentration. The device comprises a multistage concentration system and a steam total-heat indirect-recycling system; the multistage concentration system comprises a multistage evaporation concentration device body and a tail-end steam condenser; and the steam total-heat indirect-recycling system comprises a steam condensation latent heat indirect recovery system and a steam condensation water sensible heat indirect recovery system. With the device, steam condensation water waste heat and total heat are recovered indirectly, more energy is saved than direct heating of water of a water tank by a boiler, and the steam condensation water waste heat can be recycled; and besides, the heat pump systems have the remarkable environmental protection benefit. According to data obtained through preliminary experiments, the device can relatively well solve problems of waste of waste heat of cooling water of boilers, coal pollution of the boilers and the like, runs reliably and has the remarkable fluid concentration effect.
