The invention also discloses a preparation method of the silane crosslinking mixture. The method comprises the following steps that the LLDPE, the initiators, the silane coupling agents, the antioxidants and the lubricating agents are fed into a vacuum drum dryer; vacuum pumping is performed; rotary stirring is performed for 2h at 50 to 60 DEG C; then, after 100-percent water absorption modified polyvinyl alcohol and the catalyst are added, stirring is continuously performed for 1h; the silane crosslinking mixture is obtained.
