The production process includes steps of (1) adding a required amount of a softener, and continuously raising the temperature to 200 DEG C; (2) adding styrene-butadiene rubber and polypropylene particles when the temperature reaches 200 DEG C, raising the temperature to 210-220 DGE C, and continuously stirring the mixture for 2 h; (3) adding a first modifier and a second modifier in four batches when the temperature reaches 230 DEG C, with interval time being not less than 30 min, maintaining the temperature at 230-240 DGE C, and continuously stirring the mixture for 5 h; and (4) adding a filler in three batches, stirring the mixture for 1 h at a maintained temperature that is 190 DGE C after addition is finished, fully stirring the mixture, then cooling the mixture to 170 DEG C, and filling a tank with the mixture.
