Abstract

Unstability indication research and analysis, real-time alarm and online control of a gas compressor can be achieved at the same time. The device comprises a measurement apparatus, a signal processing apparatus and a control executing apparatus. The measurement apparatus is used for measuring the pressure and velocity fluctuation of air flow at different positions inside the gas compressor in real time and transmitting real-time measured signals obtained at the different positions to the signal processing apparatus. The signal processing apparatus is used for judging the operation unstability indication type and space distribution of the gas compressor according to the real-time measured signals and outputting a corresponding control strategy signal to the control executing apparatus.
