A liquid storage barrel of the liquid-solid two-phase pulsating flow heat transfer property experiment device is immersed into a pipe side fluid thermostatic water bath, a liquid outlet of the liquid storage barrel is connected with an inlet of a capillary stainless steel tube through a pipeline where a peristaltic pump and a first thermoelectric couple are arranged, the capillary stainless steel tube wholly penetrates through a quartz glass tube, and an outlet of the capillary stainless steel tube is connected with a return liquid opening of the liquid storage barrel through a pipeline where a second thermoelectric couple, a first flow meter and a circulation water pump are arranged; a liquid outlet of the quartz glass tube is connected with a return liquid opening of the quartz glass tube through a pipeline where a casing side fluid thermostatic water bath, a centrifugal pump and a second flow meter are arranged, the liquid outlet of the quartz glass tube is provided with a fourth thermoelectric couple, and the return liquid opening of the quartz glass tube is provided with a third thermoelectric couple; the liquid inlet side and the liquid outlet side in the quartz glass tube of the capillary stainless steel tube are respectively connected with a differential pressure transmitter, and the differential pressure transmitter is connected with a frequency converter; the first thermoelectric couple, the second thermoelectric couple, the third thermoelectric couple, the fourth thermoelectric couple, the first flow meter, the second flow meter and the differential pressure transmitter are uploaded to a computer through a data collecting panel; the frequency converter is controlled by the computer.
