Embodiment Construction

[0028] A terahertz duplexer constructed using a waveguide filter according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.

[0029] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention provides a terahertz duplexer constructed using a waveguide filter, the duplexer comprising an upper cavity 13 and a lower cavity 14;

[0030] The upper cavity 13 includes: a first input waveguide port 1, a first output waveguide port 3, a third output waveguide port 5, a first high-pass filter 7, a first band-pass filter 9 and a first T-junction 11 ;

[0031] The lower cavity 14 includes a second input waveguide port 2, a second output waveguide port 4, a fourth output waveguide port 6, a second high-pass filter 8, a second band-pass filter 10 and a second T-junction 12;

[0032] refer to figure 1 , 2 As shown, the surface of the upper cavity 13 and the lower cavity 14 are closely bonded to form a terahertz duplexer; wherein the first i...

Abstract

The invention provides a terahertz duplexer built by using a waveguide filter. The terahertz duplexer comprises a standard waveguide input end (17), a first standard waveguide output end (15), a second standard waveguide output end (16), a high-pass filter (19), a band-pass filter (18) and a T-shaped junction (20), wherein the standard waveguide input end (17) is formed by splicing an upper cavity (13) and a lower cavity (14); the standard waveguide input end (17) is connected with an input end of the T-shaped junction (20); an output end of the T-shaped junction (20) is connected with the high-pass filter (19) and the band-pass filter (18) in two paths; the output ends of the high-pass filter (19) and the band-pass filter (18) are connected with the first standard waveguide output end (15) and the second standard waveguide output end (16) respectively; and the cut-off frequency of the high-pass filter (19) is higher than an operating frequency range of the band-pass filter (18). The terahertz duplexer has the advantages of being small in volume and simple in structure, and is suitable for a microwave radiometer system of a small satellite platform.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of frequency division, in particular to a terahertz duplexer constructed by using a waveguide filter. Background technique [0002] In recent years, in the fields of radio astronomy and atmospheric microwave remote sensing, many spaceborne detectors at home and abroad have gradually increased their working frequency to the terahertz band (electromagnetic waves with a frequency in the range of 0.1THz to 10THz). For the spaceborne terahertz radiometer, the antenna system is an important part of it, which is used to passively receive the electromagnetic wave energy radiated by the target. At present, the terahertz radiometer antenna system usually adopts a free-space feeding method, that is, a quasi-optical feeding network. This requires a series of optical reflectors, frequency separators, and horn feed cascades, and at the same time cooperate with solid-surface antennas to achieve multi-band work. In order ...
