When the circuit works, an eighth NMOS tube, a ninth NMOS tube, a tenth NMOS tube, an eighth PMOS tube, a ninth PMOS tube and a tenth PMOS tube are conducted, so that interference of a power supply and noise can be shielded, and noise of the signal generated by the oscillator is reduced.
