Embodiment 1

[0052] Example 1 Effect of LED Lighting on Eviposition of Different Varieties of Bombyx mori

[0053] 1. Bombyx mori breeds: Chinese original species (P1) hibiscus ant silkworm, middle series original species (P1) 932 silkworm, quaternary first-generation hybrid common species (F1) 7 Xiang·9 Fu silkworm and Japanese binary hybrid original species (P1 )7532×Xianghui (referred to as 7•Xiang) silkworm.

[0054] 2. Silkworm breeding method

[0055] The silkworms were reared in silkworm houses with access to natural light, and yellow LED lights were installed in the silkworm houses. During the day, use the natural light through the window to fill in the light, and at night, after 18:00 to 19:00, start to turn on the light, and adjust the light intensity of the LED light so that the surface of the silkworm body is exposed to a light intensity of 80 ~150Lux, the light is on for 12-14 hours, and the yellow LED light can be controlled manually or through the mobile APP.

[0080] Example 2 The effect of different light intensities of LED yellow light on the egg production of silkworm moths

[0081] According to the method of Example 1, the influence of yellow LED lights with different light intensities on the amount of eggs laid by the silkworm moth was studied.

[0082] The results are shown in Table 5 below. The results show that when the light range of the yellow LED light is 80-150 Lux, the effect on the egg production of the silkworm moth is most significant. Among them, it is better when the light intensity is in the range of 90-130Lux, and the best is when the light intensity is in the range of 100-120Lux.

[0085] Example 3 Effect of LED yellow light with different illumination time on egg production of Bombyx moth

[0086] According to the method of Example 1, the influence of different light durations on the amount of eggs laid by silkworm moths under the condition that the yellow LED light intensity was 100 Lux was studied.

[0087] The results are shown in Table 6 below. The results show that when the light time is 12-16 hours (most preferably 12-14 hours), the effect on the egg production of the silkworm moth is most significant.

Abstract

The invention discloses application of yellow LED light in increasing egg laying amount of silkworm moths of silkworms, in particular to application of yellow LED light with the illumination intensity in a range of 70-160 Lu in increasing the egg laying amount of the silkworm moths of the silkworms and a method for increasing the egg laying amount of the silkworm moths of the silkworms by the use of the combination of natural light in a cocoonery and the yellow LED light. Specifically, during breeding of the silkworms, an illumination scheme of the combination of the natural light by day and light supplementary lighting at night is adopted; the light supplementary lighting at night is supplementary lighting by the use of an LED lamp with the illumination intensity in a range of 20-160 Lu in 12-14 hours after 18:00-19:00. According to the method for increasing the egg laying amount of the silkworm moths of the silkworms by the use of the combination of natural light in the cocoonery and the yellow LED light, the egg laying amount of the silkworm moths is increased obviously, meanwhile the operation is simple and easy to implement, the manpower and energy are saved, and the method is safe, reliable and low in maintenance cost, very applicable to the aspect of seed production, and has an excellent application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of silkworm rearing and seed production. More specifically, it relates to the application of a yellow LED light in increasing the egg production of the silkworm moth. Background technique [0002] The silkworm (Bombyx mori) belongs to the phylum of invertebrates and arthropods. It is the larva of the silkworm moth and the main source of silk raw materials. It plays an important role in human economic life and cultural history. [0003] The amount of eggs laid by silkworm moths is affected by many factors, such as the maturity and mating time of silkworm moths, the light and shade during mating and laying eggs of silkworm moths, and so on. Moreover, the current research on the factors affecting the egg production of silkworm moths is still very immature, and no confirmed conclusions have been formed, which cannot guide actual production. For example, regarding the light and dark conditions during mating and...
