Human body limb three-dimensional acceleration data within a set period of time is collected; the number of limb motions within the set period of time is counted; skin surface light intensity change information caused by blood flow volume changes in blood vessels of a user is detected; pulse wave signals are obtained; the heart rate and the each-beat heartbeat interval time are calculated; the heart rate or heartbeat time interval sequence is analyzed, and heart rate variability related indexes are obtained; a sleep state stage-by-stage algorithm model is used for calculating the human body sleep state.
