Abstract

Disclosed is a device and method for testing reliability of an electric power recycle-type hydraulic pump motor. A rectifying unit is connected with a direct current bus-bar. The direct current bus-bar is connected with an inversion unit I. The inversion unit I is connected with an asynchronous servomotor I. The asynchronous servomotor I is coaxially connected with a tested hydraulic pump. The tested hydraulic pump outputs high pressure oil to drive a tested hydraulic motor. A proportional overflow valve is arranged in the position of a T oil opening of a three-position four-way reversing valve. The tested hydraulic motor is coaxially connected with an asynchronous servomotor II. By controlling of an inversion unit II over the torque of the asynchronous servomotor II, loading to a system is achieved. A one-way valve outlet is an auxiliary system composed of a reversing valve, a two-way hydraulic pump, an asynchronous servomotor III and an inversion unit III. The device and method for testing the reliability of the electric power recycle-type hydraulic pump motor has the beneficial effects that the auxiliary system composed of the two-way hydraulic pump and the asynchronous servomotor III is utilized to achieve flux matching of the tested hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, not only is the working condition that the tested hydraulic motor is driven through the confluence of the double pumps met, but also the loss of power overflowing is reduced, and the testing range and efficiency are improved.
