At least two of each first control signal, each second control signal, each third control signal and each fourth control signal have identical frequencies and identical phases; the control branch circuits comprise PLL (phase-locked loop) circuits, and the control signals can be outputted by the aid of output ends of the PLL circuits to at least one of the motors; the PLL circuits are connected with the interface branch circuits by switch paths of switch elements.
