Abstract

The invention discloses a distributed graph model-based flow cytometry data automatic gating method. According to the method, a distributed technology is applied to gating calculation of flow cytometry data; parallel computation is executed on the graph model according to all element operations to improve the program execution performance; the time-to-linearity complexity of a structural map is reduced by a random projection tree-based kNN search strategy; and a larger scale of data set can be processed by adopting the Spark distributed storage mode. The kNN search efficiency is improved by using a random projection tree; the operation of an edge weight is optimized; and a parallel community partition algorithm is adopted as a cut graph algorithm. Graph model-based clustering analysis on the gating process of the flow cytometry data is achieved through a distributed computation framework; and original data are automatically divided, so that data analysis efficiency and accuracy are improved; repetitive work of the division process and artificial subjective factors are reduced.
