Abstract

The invention discloses a parameter recognition based power distribution network line insulation monitoring method. The method includes establishing a mathematic model for a power distribution network with an ungrounded neural point assuming line insulation is complete; solving model parameters through a least square method by utilizing zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current data obtained through simulation when insulation degrades; judging the insulation condition of a line with the aid of obtained symbols of ground capacitance and ground resistance of the line. According to the invention, equivalent ground resistance and equivalent ground capacitance related to line insulation are recognized directly, so that whole-time online monitoring and early warning can be realized without addition of any external electric devices. The judgment of insulation degradation is based on recognition of the symbols of the parameters. Action relations are clear and distinguishable. A condition with action value instability is avoided.
