Abstract

The invention discloses an LED-UV (light emitting diode-ultraviolet) carpentry water-based primer. The LED-UV carpentry water-based primer is prepared from the following component raw materials in percentage by weight: 50% to 80% of water-based polyurethane-acrylate dispersion, 0.1% to 0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.1% to 0.2% of dispersant, 0.1% to 0.2% of flatting agent, 3% to 6% of film forming agent, 0.3% to 0.6% of thickener, 15% to 20% of talcum powder, 0.3% to 0.6% of PH (potential of hydrogen) adjuster, 1% to 5% of photoinitiator, and 10% to 20% of deionized water. The LED-UV carpentry water-based primer has the advantages that the curing speed is high, and the green and environment-friendly effects are realized; the prepared LED-UV carpentry water-based primer is free from the limitation of workpiece shapes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of primer preparation, in particular to a water-based primer for LED-UV woodware and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Traditional mercury lamp curing can no longer adapt to the development of productivity and the requirements of the times from the perspectives of market, energy saving, construction convenience and environmental protection requirements. Traditional mercury lamp curing requires high energy consumption and high investment in equipment. The application of substrates can only be limited to flat and heat-resistant substrates. Now the market is basically saturated, and profits have dropped significantly. Under the background of this era, the R&D team of Rongjia focused on the research of mobile cold light source curing technology, achieved success and successfully applied it to surface material treatment. In this way, the market can be expanded without limit. On the original basis...
