Abstract

The invention discloses a layered and distributed system structure and method for demand response resource combination optimization. The system structure comprises a load aggregation merchant, load agencies and demand response resources, wherein the load agencies are a set of demand response resource equivalents, obtain related information of demand response resources and transmit the control information issued by the load aggregation merchant to the demand response resources; all the load agencies interact the information issued by the load aggregation merchant and the information of other load agencies through a communication network. The method simplifies calculation complexity, facilitates management of the load aggregation merchant and provides possibility for a great number of small-and-medium-size demand response resources taking part in system scheduling; a consistency algorithm and the Dantzig-Wolfe decomposition theory are used for carrying out distributed calculation on the load adjustment amount assignment problem, and compared with centralized optimization, the layered and distributed system structure increases calculation speed and is adaptive to nondeterminacy of demand response resources.
