Abstract

Clustered reaming pneumatic impact equipment for a horizontal directional drilling machine is composed of equipment of a support body, pneumatic impacters mounted on the support body, an air distribution device, an end cover, a drilling rod connecting device and the like. The support body is of a cylinder-shaped structure with a center rod, and locating circular holes are formed in two side plates of a cylinder and used for mounting the pneumatic impacters. Cylindrical threads are formed on joints of the pneumatic impacters, and the pneumatic impacters are fixed on the side plates of the support bodies through nuts. A stepped circular hole is formed in the center of the air distribution device, air vent hole channels are evenly distributed inside the air distribution device, provide high-pressure air for the impacters, and the air distribution device is connected with the support body through screws. The end cover provided with sealing cushions mounted on the air distribution device to form a sealing air cavity inside the air distribution device. The drilling rod connecting device is mounted at the center of the right side plate of the support body, and a thread structure is formed inside the drilling rod connecting device connected with a drilling rod of the horizontal directional drilling machine.
