Embodiment Construction

[0029] Such as figure 1 Shown, a kind of photoelectric signal peak detection method comprises steps:

[0030] S100: Read the original photoelectric signal in segments, and obtain a first segmented data set of the original photoelectric signal.

[0031] The original photoelectric signal is the photoelectric signal collected directly from the instrument. In practical applications, the photoelectric signal system in the instrument equipment converts the optical signal into an electrical signal. At this time, the electrical signal is an analog signal, and then converted into a digital signal through analog-to-digital conversion for the next step of processing. In order to facilitate the explanation of the source of the original photoelectric signal, the following will take the signal output by the droplet digital PCR instrument as an example to explain in detail. The droplet digital PCR system performs droplet treatment on the sample before general PCR amplification, that is, th...

Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for detecting peak value of a photoelectric signal. The method comprises the steps of performing segmental reading on an original photoelectric signal; interpolating preset amount average value parameters into the front end and the back end of each data field which is segmentally read; selecting a mother wavelet function for performing one-order derivation and two-order derivation on segmental data after processing; extracting a maximum value point of a one-order derivative and a second-order derivative maximum value point of second segmental data; determining a peak position in each second data field; and calculating the peak width and peak height in each second data field according to the peak position in the second data field, and acquiring the peak value of the original photoelectric signal. In the whole process, the average value parameter is interpolated into the front end and the back end of the data field of the original photoelectric signal, thereby improving processing precision to the original photoelectric signal; the mother wavelet function is utilized for performing one-order derivation processing and two-order deviation processing on the data field after interpolation, thereby accurately determining the peak position; and additionally, no complicated filtering processing on the original photoelectric data is required, thereby remarkably improving peak detecting efficiency on the original photoelectric signal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of signal detection, in particular to a photoelectric signal peak detection method and system. Background technique [0002] At present, in the field of signal detection technology, it is mainly divided into two types: analog signal detection and digital signal detection. Sometimes, signals output by the same device (instrument) can be detected by analog signals or digital signals. For example, for digital PCR (Polymerase In the signal detection of Chain Reaction (polymerase chain reaction) instrument detection, both analog signal detection and digital signal detection can be used. [0003] Using different signal detection methods can bring different effects. Generally speaking, it is better to use digital signal detection methods for digital type equipment (such as PCR instruments), but when using digital signal detection methods, a large number of The collected photoelectric signal data, so when processin...
