Problems solved by technology

For example, glass microspheres can only be inflated with small molecular gases such as hydrogen and deuterium in the current state, but other slightly larger molecular gases such as the more commonly used argon cannot be effectively filled into the ball; another example Metal balls usually have better gas barrier performance. Even if the metal microspheres are filled with small molecula

Abstract

The invention discloses an injection type microsphere inflation system which comprises a three-endoscope high pressure plenum, a three-dimensional moving sample stage, a dispensing system, a long working distance imaging system and a vacuum and inflation system. The high pressure plenum is used as a microsphere inflation container. Two window observation holes are used as a long working distance imaging system microscopic observation microsphere and a positioning micropore in two directions respectively. The three-dimensional moving sample stage is used as a manipulator. The movement of the three-dimensional moving sample stage is controlled, so that the tip of the dispensing system is positioned in the micropore, and gluing and hole sealing can be carried out. The vacuum and inflation system can vacuumize, inflate and exhaust the plenum. According to the invention, a metal target ball and a glass target ball can be filled with macromolecule gas; the microsphere after frozen glue sealing hole has the advantages of good gas-retaining performance (long gas-retaining half service life), high filling success rate and small glue spot; and the inflated microsphere is not easy to rupture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microsphere inflation, and in particular relates to an injection type microsphere inflation system. Background technique [0002] In the laser inertial confinement fusion (ICF) experiment, the target capsule needs to be filled with high-pressure fuel gas, and the loading of gaseous fuel into the target capsule is generally called gas filling. There are four main methods of inflating the target pellet, namely, thermal diffusion inflation, ball in-situ inflation, injection method inflation and inflation tube inflation. Thermal diffusion inflation is the most commonly used inflation method for high-pressure inflation of target capsules. The Chinese invention patent (Patent No. 201410329819.2) titled "A high-temperature, high-pressure hollow microsphere inflation system" uses a microsphere inflation system using thermal diffusion inflation method. Inflating by thermal diffusion method depends on the permeability coef...
