Abstract

The invention provides a solar power generation and storage module comprising a silicon substrate, multiple grooves, multiple battery units, multiple solar cell units, an insulating layer, a separated metal conductive layer, and a heat dissipation material layer. The silicon substrate has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other. The grooves are formed in the silicon substrate. The battery units are accommodated in the multiple grooves, and the top surfaces of the battery units are flush with the first surface. The solar cell units are arranged on the first surface, the solar cell units and the battery units are transversely arranged in a staggered manner, and every few solar cell units of the multiple solar cell units are connected in series to form multiple solar cell groups. The insulating layer is arranged on the first surface. The separated metal conductive layer is arranged on the insulating layer. Each section of the separated metal conductive layer is connected with the top electrode of one battery unit and the bottom electrode of the solar cell units at a first end of one solar cell group, thus constituting multiple solar power generation and storage modules.
