Abstract

The invention relates to the field of pruritus resistance, and specifically relates to an application of an anti-TSLP antibody in the preparation of drugs for treating chronic pruritus. The experiment results show that the provided anti-TSLP antibody can prominently relieve the symptoms of chronic pruritus caused by allergic contact dermatitis of mice, and moreover, under an effective treatment dosage, the coordinating ability of movement of mice is not influenced by the anti-TSLP antibody. The anti-TSLP antibody can be taken as the effective component of drugs, can be used to prepare anti-pruritus drugs, can be used to treat chronic pruritus in clinic, especially chronic pruritus caused by allergic contact dermatitis, and does not have a prominent side effect on the coordinating ability of movement.
