The focusing type superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance detection device comprises a high-pressure sealing shell, a control assembly, a refrigeration assembly, a nuclear magnetic signal generating assembly and a temperature control assembly. According to the focusing type superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance detection device of the invention, the pulsed magnetic field intensity can be greatly increased through using the superconductivity of a superconductor, a generated electromagnetic field can be directionally focused through using the complete diamagnetism of the superconductor, and therefore, measurement depth can be increased directionally; and on the other hand, since the resistance of a superconducting receiving coil is approximate to zero resistance, nuclear magnetic resonance weak signals are slowly attenuated in the superconducting receiving coil, namely, the superconducting receiving coil has high sensitivity to the weak signals, and therefore, required low-intensity MRS signals enabling larger exploration depth can be extracted.
