Abstract

The outer portion of a closed box is connected with a circulation water pump and a water conveying pipe. A condensation pipe and a condenser are arranged. The interior of the closed box is divided by a heat isolation plate into an upper dry space and a lower wet space. A layer of nano porous water absorbing film is placed above the heat isolation plate, vertical micro-channels are arranged on the film at equal intervals, and the upper sides of the vertical micro-channels communicate with the condensation pipe. Direct and indirect evaporative cooling is conducted on two strands of air in the wet space and the dry space through the pressure of micro-channel capillary tubes and the water absorbing property of the nano porous film, the two strands of air can reach the wet bulb temperature and the dew point temperature correspondingly, and accordingly the environment air requirements of different occasions are met. The indirect evaporative cooling technology principle is utilized, the dry and wet space is used for replacing a dry and wet channel in traditional dew point cooling, the micro-channel technology is combined, the contact area is increased, and accordingly the indirect evaporative cooling effect of secondary air can be improved; and according to the purpose, the film technology is used in the micro-channels, and the refrigerating effect of the dew point evaporative cooling technology is better improved.
