Abstract

A proximal clavicular anatomical prosthesis is provided with a prosthesis handle, a prosthesis body, a prosthesis internal fixing steel plate and a supporting structure, wherein the prosthesis handle is used for being fixed in the manubrium medullary cavity, the prosthesis body is used for being installed on the proximal clavicular defect portion, and the prosthesis internal fixing steel plate is used for extending to the clavicular stump. The proximal clavicular anatomical prosthesis can effectively promote osteal joint of allograft bone, sternum and the clavicular stump and improve fusion of the allograft bone and a sternal joint, accordingly the stability of the prosthesis is improved, and the medium-and-long-term service life of the prosthesis is prolonged. A forming method of the proximal clavicular anatomical prosthesis include the step that the prosthesis handle, the prosthesis body and the prosthesis internal fixing steel plate are all integrally formed through 3D printing by means of medical aluminum alloy. The forming method can be used for quickly customizing proximal clavicular anatomical prostheses high in bone matching degree according to different patients and different proximal clavicular bone defects, so that the requirement for clinical proximal clavicular reconstruction is met.
