Problems solved by technology

For example, "Effects of Salicylic Acid on Pea Seed Germination and Seedling Growth under Cadmium Stress" reported that salicylic acid (SA) has the effect of alleviating cadmium damage to pea, but "The toxic effect of cadmium on rapeseed and the application of exogenous Regulatory Effects of Hormones on Cadmium Toxicity" reported that SA not only failed to alleviate but aggravated the damage of cadmium to rapeseed

Embodiment 1

[0023] The variety of pea is Chengpia No. 8 (very vigorous growth, many branches, good stability, wide adaptability), purchased in the market. The soil is fluvo-aquic soil, taken from the farmland of Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Its basic physical and chemical properties are: pH value 6.29, organic matter 21.16g / kg, total nitrogen 1.09g / kg, total phosphorus 1.20g / kg, total potassium 22.21g / kg kg, alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen 68.12mg / kg, available phosphorus 16.22mg / kg, available potassium 156.21mg / kg, total cadmium 0.10mg / kg, available cadmium content 0.028mg / kg.

[0024] Air-dry the soil, put 0.5kg of air-dried soil through a 6.72mm (3 mesh) sieve into a 11×15cm (diameter×height) plastic pot, add cadmium solution (use CdCl 2 .2.5H 2 O analytically pure form is added in the soil), so that the soil cadmium content is 10mg / kg [14] , Keep the soil moist, place it for 30 days, turn the soil and mix it from time to time, so that the soil can be fully mixed a...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for promoting pea seedling growth and reducing cadmium accumulation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) using a melatonin aqueous solution for immersing the pea seeds; 2) after accelerating germination, planting the seeds in soil, keeping soil wetting; and 3) after seedling emergence, performing seedling growing, and keeping soil wetting. The method can promote the pea seedling and obviously reduce the absorption of cadmium by pea seedling, compared with a clear water control group, cadmium content of root and overground part can be respectively reduced by 20.31% and 46.52%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural science and technology, and in particular relates to a method for promoting the growth of pea seedlings and reducing cadmium accumulation. Background technique [0002] Soil resources are one of the most important resources for human beings to survive. However, in recent years, soil cadmium pollution in my country has become increasingly serious. According to statistics, the land area polluted by cadmium in China has reached 1.3×10 4 hm 2 , involving 25 regions in 11 provinces and cities. Cadmium is a non-essential element for plants and one of the most toxic heavy metal pollutants. It is easily absorbed by plant roots and transferred to other parts. In addition, cadmium also has a cumulative effect. It enters the human body through the food chain. If it is ingested too much, it will cause mutagenesis, teratogenicity, and cancer, which will seriously affect people's health. On the other hand, veget...
