The method for preparing the metal paint comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the ratio, mixing graphene, fluoro-carbon resin and a part of the solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding the orientation agent, then performing mechanical stirring and dispersion; mixing the aluminum paste and the residual solvent, adding the dispersant, performing mechanical stirring and dispersion; then adding the dispersed aluminum paste in the dispersed graphene fluoro-carbon resin liquid, adding the anti-settling agent, and performing mechanical stirring and dispersion to obtain the component A of the metal paint, and taking the curing agent as the component B of the metal paint, and uniformly mixing the component A and the component B while in use.
