The method comprises: receiving the uploading request of an electronic attachment sent by an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system application, calling an API interface to upload the electronic attachment to a separating electronic attachment storage system configured for an ERP system in advance; and receiving the storage information of the electronic attachment returned back by the separating electronic attachment storage system, and submitting the storage information to the ERP system, wherein the storage information at least comprises the network storage address of the electronic attachment. According to the embodiment of the invention, the electronic attachment storage method and the terminal perform separation storage of the electronic attachment of the ERP system so as to relieve the network and IO pressure of the ERP system when users upload or download large electronic attachment, reduce the influence on other users' normal operation and improve the ERP system performance.
