An electromagnetic stabilizing device comprises an electromagnet which is located on the lower side of the rotary disc at the lowest end and has controllable magnetic force, and at least the rotary disc at the lowest end is made of a magnetic material. The magnitude of currents of the electromagnet is adjusted in real time according to the load change of the servo motor to control the magnitude of the magnetic force of the electromagnet, and electromagnetic attraction between the electromagnet and the corresponding rotary disc offsets the rotary inertia generated in the speed reduction process of the rotary body.
