Abstract

The present invention discloses an electro-spray desorption ionization device for mass spectrometry imaging. The device comprises a carrier liquid inner tube and a carrier liquid outer tube sleeved at the outer portion of the carrier liquid inner tube, the carrier liquid inner tube is configured to output spray solution applied by high voltage, a carrier gas cone outer tube is configured to output spray auxiliary airflow acted on the spray solution output by the carrier liquid inner tube, and formed electrospray is configured to perform desorption ionization of samples.
