The smart home control system comprises the components of an image acquisition unit which is used for acquiring a face image and transmits an acquired face image signal to an emotion discriminator; a voice acquisition unit which is used for acquiring a voice signal and transmits the acquired voice signal to the emotion discriminator; the emotion discriminator which is used for performing emotion discrimination according to the face image signal and the voice signal respectively and furthermore combines the obtained emotion discrimination results for obtaining a final emotion discrimination result; and a control unit which is used for generating a corresponding smart home control signal according to the emotion discrimination result of the emotion discriminator.
