Abstract

The invention discloses a wood-based bevel-gear-shaped diesel engine tail gas filter with wood fibers being a filtration material. The filter is composed of two parts of a filtering body structure and a filtering chamber structure. The filtering body structure comprises a front sealing cover, a rear sealing cover, an inner supporting object, an outer fixing net sleeve and a filter element; and the filtering chamber structure comprises a blade flow guiding cap, flow guiding blades and a filtering cavity. When the flow guiding effect of the blade flow guiding cap and the flow guiding blades is performed on tail gas, the tail gas enters an inner cavity of a filtering body from the bevel-gear-shaped outer surface of the filtering body; and then the tail gas flows out of the inner cavity of the filtering body and then is discharged into atmosphere from a gas outlet. In the process, the tail gas is fully filtered by the filter element, and therefore the tail gas discharged into air does not pollute air to the maximum extent. The device is high in filtering efficiency, the surface of the filter element can make full contact with the tail gas, material taking is convenient, the service life is long, the replacing period is long, the device is green and environment-friendly, the requirement for the diesel quality is low, the manufacturability is high, and the diesel vehicle tail gas can be effectively filtered.
