Abstract

The invention discloses a radiofrequency ablation probe for a cavity organ and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the radiofrequency ablation probe, radiofrequency energy is effectively applied to the cavity-type organ and controlled. The radiofrequency ablation probe comprises a connecting cable assembly used for being connected with a radiofrequency generator, a handle and an ablation catheter assembly. The connecting cable assembly is composed of a radiofrequency connector used for being connected with a radiofrequency ablation instrument and a cable containing a radiofrequency ablation wire and a thermocouple connecting wire. An open hole is formed in the middle of the handle to be connected to a guiding catheter inside the ablation catheter assembly of the probe. The ablation catheter assembly comprises a probe catheter, a sectioned metal coil, a thermocouple, an LED assembly, the guiding catheter, a coil carrying tube, a surface isolation tube and an end sealing tube. One end of the probe catheter is connected with the handle, and the other end of the probe catheter is connected with the coil carrying tube in a lapping mode. One end of the handle is connected with the probe catheter, and the other end of the handle is connected with the connector through the wire. The manufacturing method of the radiofrequency ablation probe comprises the step that the radiofrequency ablation catheter assembly, the handle and the connecting cable assembly are manufactured and connected in sequence.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a radio frequency ablation probe for radio frequency ablation of cavity organs and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Radiofrequency ablation is a modern minimally invasive technique that is widely used. In recent years, radiofrequency ablation has been applied to a variety of lesion tissues such as the heart, cancer tumors, and even the skin. The whole treatment system generally includes two parts, the radio frequency generator and the radio frequency ablation probe. This technology uses a radio frequency generator to generate and control radio frequency energy, and when the radio frequency energy acts on human tissue through the radio frequency ablation probe, the temperature field rapidly decays near the conductor, so that the treatment point is relatively concentrated, and the radio frequency ablation probe is used for minimally in...
