Abstract

The invention discloses a microalgae cultivation device and method capable of controlling the biological concentration, and relates to microalgae cultivation. By use of the characteristics that part of microalgae, such as spirulina, mat algae and aphanizomenon, floats up and is gathered during stewing and is uniformly distributed during ventilation, a reactor is designed to comprise two parts, namely a growing region and a stewing region; the microalgae in the growing region is continuously collected to the stewing region through overflow of a liquid falling pipe; meanwhile, an isometric culture medium containing non-used nutritional substances flows back into the growing region through a liquid conveying device (a pump), a liquid extraction pipe and a liquid drainage pipe and then is continuously used. Within a certain range, the aims of controlling the biological concentration of the growing region and optimizing light distribution are fulfilled by controlling the reasonable collection amount of the microalgae; organic combination of efficient cultivation and continuous collection of the microalgae is realized; the productivity of the microalgae is improved.
