Abstract

The wavelength tunable RFoG optical node is installed on a user side, and comprises a semiconductor laser; a temperature detection circuit for detecting the temperature of the semiconductor laser is connected onto the semiconductor laser; the temperature detection circuit is connected with a single chip microcomputer for outputting a control signal according to a detection value output by the temperature detection circuit; the single chip microcomputer is connected with a current driving circuit controlled by the single chip microcomputer; the current driving circuit is connected with a semiconductor refrigeration sheet, the power supply current magnitude and the power supply direction of which are controlled by the current driving circuit; and the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is connected with the semiconductor laser, the output optical signal wavelength of which is controlled and adjusted by the semiconductor refrigeration sheet. The semiconductor laser in the invention is a commonly used BOSA optical device; only an LD semiconductor laser tube is encapsulated; the cost is reduced; the use range is wide; furthermore, the temperature detection circuit and the semiconductor refrigeration sheet are increased; therefore, the tuning function of the LD optical wavelength of the DFB laser in the BOSA is realized; and thus, the OBI noise problem of a bidirectional HFC network can be solved.
